The only low point was the cost of sending back the items tracked as this was over £12.

The second operative I dealt with (Afshan) was excellent, however because of my initial contact have only given them 'good'. To explain....I was left feeling I had been 'misled' as when I rang after returning an item to ask for the £21 refund, an operative asked me if I wanted it refunding to my account. I took this to mean my bank account, so said yes. I was dismayed to find it meant a credit account at Corsets UK. I then rang to try and rectify this, but was told I had to order something else before getting it. Some while later I did order, expecting the £21 to be deducted. I queried this and Afshan replied. When this item too had to be returned it was she who both by email and phone sorted out a full refund of both amounts. I am now very happy.
