im new to corsets and was able to figure out how to put on and take them off. also to trial and error i now know which type is best suited to my body for comfort wise. shipment was super fast, and inexpesive. the 3 for 1 is a really good deal, especially since these corsets are pretty real and do the job.

The true tell of how good a company is, is when things don’t go to plan. I bought 3 corsets in their 3 for 1 offer (excellent value!) and one of the corsets was out of stock. They contacting me straight away to apologise for this and said for me to choose any other corset I wanted - excellent service! Then I found I didn’t like the replacement - it was beautiful just not for me - and their returns process was super easy. This happened a couple of times and each time they happily exchanged the corset for a different design for me. It was very close (early the next week) to when I wanted to wear the corset for my 40th birthday and the service I received from Trace their Operations Manager was exceptional! To make sure I got the corset in time for my birthday she arranged for me to send a picture of the return receipt (instead of them waiting to receive that returned corset) and they sent the exchange corset straight out to me fast delivery - which meant I got to wear the corset at the O2 arena for my birthday! Super pleased, super impressed, highly recommend :)

Overall quality is excellent. However the longline corset are very uncomfortable and have hurt my hips. I would have returned them for an exchange but the tags cane off as I was trying them on. I loved the White Brocade Expert Waist Training Corset.

The corset turned up quite quick
It didn’t fit so sent it back ... have no refund or email stating they have received it ... try to log in to account for it to say no account then tried to call and number is not known on the website !
