Very good ervice, but the corsets are realyy inconsistent when it comes to size. We've tried numerous models in same and different sizes and it is often a hit-and-miss approach. Even this order which had two same-sized corsets has one that fits perfectly and one which is way too small. We had to repalce the ribbons to make it fit and even then it'll need replacement shoulder straps.

The website is clear with great product information. There are no hidden extras. Goods arrive promptly and well packaged. Not sure about the returns service as I haven't had to use it yet..

Very quick turnaround and despite the disappointment of not recieving the steampunk corset (the one I really coveted!) as the size I needed went out of stock (perhaps look into ways of updating stock levels more quickly?). The refund was processed quickly without any fuss.

Very responsive to a problem placing an order and to my highlighting a misleading price label. On the other hand, disappointing that it was necessary to contact them anyway as it would have been more positive if the order had gone through, with the correct price, straightforwardly.
