Arrived too late for the event I ordered them for, as Royal mail failed to leave a card when I was out, and I only found out that the parcel was at the depot when I queried non-delivery with Corsets Uk.

Good morning Patrica Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that Royal Mail failed to deliver your order to you and leave a card advising of the situation. We will of course take this up with Royal Mail. I am also sorry that you are not happy with the quality of the burlesque outfit and once we receive your return then we will of course refund you. In the meantime I will feed back the quality issues to our product team for them to take this up with the manufacturer. I am sorry that you have had a disappointing experience and wish you a good week end. Corsets-UK

Good morning Anne Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted that the service you have received was easy and smooth. However the A3006 which we advise on our website is one that isn't boned with anything but acrylic supports, so it won't reshape your figure beyond a little streamlining, but is very comfortable and easy to wear. An ideal first corset, however if you are unhappy with the corset then please email sales@corsets-uk.com if you wish to return and have the item refunded. Have a good weekend Corsets-UK

Very pleased with the service as a whole but unfortunately received the wrong set of false eyelashes! Did not return product because at the end of the day they were only eyelashes!

Good selection of corsets; excellent standard of photography, so I can really see what I'm buying; good communications so you I know what's happening with my order. A pleasure to shop with them.
