Thank you for your email. I have looked into the item which you purchased and I can see that this a fashion corset which are made with acrylic bones as appose to steel boned corsets which I can see you have purchased before. If you would like to return this to us you are more than welcome to do so and we will happily process and exchange or refund for you. Have a lovely weekend. Kind Regards, Annie

Great company with fast friendly service - however, sizes diFfer dramatically between items. I bought both items in size 12, and there is about a 2 inch difference in the amount of material (the cream one is too big) which is a bit frustrating.

The sizes are way out i ordered a size up from the average high streetb sizes just to be on the safe side but found that it was still far too small, bu i have too say they were helpful and sent me a free return lable. Im not sure as yet if i have been refunded, but all in all they helped rectify the problem very quickly.
