I think the selection is great, the corsets are beautiful and very well made, and I love the fact that you have loads in my very plus size. However, the returns policy is a bit lacking. I know you will take them back and exchange, etc., for as many times as needed for up to 60 days, but if I have to pay for every return, then this really is a theoretical option. I'm not going to return them more than once.

My order was 'Backordered' I had no idea what this meant and still despite reciving an email telling me that they had to order it from the states and send it over ect ect...there was the option to reorder the product. I saw that the money was out of my account and wondered why I was giving the option to reorder an item that was on the way. very confusing..

The products from Corsets-UK are absolutely fabulous, my new corset being my most favourite of all. I was told it would take 7-10 working days when in actual fact it only took 5 and the condition of the corset was lovely, I am very happy with the service I received.

I have been impressed with the communication of this company. Their products are clearly described, they email at every point from the order confirmation to despatch etc. This is reassuring in online shopping. The returns policy is generous and when I returned an item (purely because it didn't work under my dress - not because I didn't love it!) I emailed and had a friendly and personal response. It was this quality of customer service that prompted me to use the company again and I got 3 friends to order too!
