This item was ordered for a specific reason - I ordered it on 8th Jan, checked order status which said 'shipped' which was very misleading, to get an email on the 12th to say that unfortunately there was no stock left and I was therefore getting a refund. I have some suggestions..as after it took 4 emails to get to the bottom of why the order said it was shipped, i was informed this was because it had been processed and sent for 'picking'...i suggest you change the status to 'in progress' until this has left the warehouse or wherever it is you store the shipments as this has caused much upset as like i say it was for a specific reason, i thought it was on its way and then to be told sorry no out of stock. I have now had to 'settle' on something i actually dont like because I had my heart set on this particular item and was going to be perfect and now because I thought I almost had it, nothing else is going to come close. Other than that, the emails I sent were responded to quickly to which I do appreciate (think it was Annie) even if it took 4 attempts to query why it said it had been shipped.
