Very good variety of corsets to choose from & are very good quality materials. However, disappointing that they advertise a contact telephone number but no-one ever answers it!! Also sent a enquiry via the link on the website and never got a reply!! Definitly lets the business down. Very quick delivery although ended up with additional costs as a completely different corset to the 1 that I actually ordered was sent in error, so ended u spending additional money to send it back via special delivery.

This was a replacement order for item I tried to exchange since October. LOTS of confusion, misunderstsnding and emails. However I did receive my internal credit finally, just in time for Christmas. Many things caused mix-ups, (not just Corsets-uk) including Paypal e-mail address; but feel time taken to resolve was a little extensive under the circumstances.

I love the products, but the zips could be much better, but cannot fault the response and service I received when I contacted them. A replacement was dispatched immediately.
