Corsets-UK is a brilliant site, firstly for their amazing corsets that are of perfect quality and always fit fabulously and secondly because of their amazing prices, always great value and by far the cheapest site for great quality corsets on the internet. I haven't received my order yet so I cannot comment on the total service. NB.There is no category available in the second question to give my answer. As I have not yet received the goods and I paid for them almost three weeks ago I would have to rate the service as poor.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and I can see that the item which you ordered on the 1st December is a made to order item which is a 3-4 week process. I can see that we received this on the 19th and these were dispatched yesterday for you. This is within the 3-4 week lead time stated on the website. Very good service although the sizes are a bit hit and miss. Ordered 2 corsets the same size, one fits lovely the other is miles too big. However they have been brilliant with the replacement process so far, kept me very up to date with my return order by email. Very good customer service.

The product was a much better quality than I expected since the price was so low, let's be honest, I've spent more on a tee shirt! The item was very well made and had been finished with care. Add that to the fact that it arrived before I was expecting it, and you can see why I was so pleased wiyth your company overall. Thank you for NOT using a service where you have to sign for delivery. Those of us who work full time already spend far too much time hanging around the sorting office while they try to trace parcels they can't deliver because we're at work!
