Corset Story's customer service was great, but my experience was marred by one of my items breaking very shortly after it arrived. After I first ordered, I contacted Corset Story to find out if my orders could be shipped separately, since one of the items was on back order, and they told me that while this was not possible, they'd be happy to replace the item I'd ordered with a similar one which was already in stock, for no extra charge (even though the new one was more expensive). I was really pleased to find them so accommodating. I loved both my purchases; sadly, the vintage corset broke only the second time I tried to wear it (the ribbon holding one of the grommets for the front lacing came completely off). I don't think it was a sizing problem, as the corset fit perfectly the first time I wore it. It was really disappointing to have it break so soon after I purchased it. I'm not even sure if I'll be able to mend it, since the ribbon seems frayed beyond repair.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see that the corset has broken. It looks as though you have attempted to tension the corset from the front.
