having to track my returns was remarkably annoying because it was three times more expensive then just a standard shipping cost.

Thank you for your feedback. Corsets-UK will not refund postage and packaging charges unless buyers have received incomplete, defective or incorrect orders. Distance Seller Regulations state that any cancelled orders purchased from internet sellers can be returned for a full refund including carriage charges within 14 days of purchase. Purchasing apparel, taking it out of the wrapping and trying it on does not qualify as a cancellation of an internet order. With Regards to the sizing, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the fitting of your corset. When the bust area is showing a large gap between the bust and corset, we normally recommend to go a corset size down so that the top of the corset can be tightened closer to your bust. If this is no better, for ladies who are looking to reduce their waist measurement, we then recommend underbust corsets. I hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if you would like any further guidance. Kind Regards, Annie

Very satisfied with service, price and quality of product. I had to return due to size issue, and was refunded straight away. Only slight issue was having to return recorded delivery which was expensive ... It would put me off trying a new style I wasn't certain of.
