I got great help from the sales team who made sure my Halloween outfit reached me in time, though it would have been even better if they had informed me about the delay themselves and offered the solution. Still great service!

They said I could not have a corset I wanted though it was being advertised on their site. I had to choose 3 times before they agreed I could get one.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry that you were upset by the service. Unfortunately our system had experienced inventory errors and the items you selected were not in stock or no longer available. I am sorry that you feel upset by this. I can see that my colleague has now resolved this issue for you and placed an item on backorder. Kind Regards, Annie

if the Items are in stock the service is quick and delivery times are met, only when stock needs to be back ordered does it then take a long time.
