The corsets are absolutely beautiful and the descriptions on the website good but it took over a month for them to arrive even though the estimated arrival was in three days,

As someone who has only ever purchased corsets from that well known auction site i was amazed at the quality of the products at Corset Story. Both corsets i ordered were from their waist taming range. They are very well made with very strong clasps, steel bones and wide cord lacing to withstand tight lacing. Took advantage of the excellent ' Buy one get one free ' offer on their site. I placed my order on a Wednesday and they arrived in a Corset Story logo plastic bag on the Friday. Overall an excellent online shop and service.

Exchanging an item that did nor fit was pretty easy. Custumer service replyed very quickly and was helpful. Though the site claimed to ship for free i had to choose the fast shipment when i ordered which did cost 5 punds. I did not need the fast shipment but that was the only option. However sending the ill fittig item back and receiving the new one was for free. Overall i had a good experience ordering from corset story
