Brilliant, some of the best e-mail correspondence I've had from a company, and it was just general 'sent to everyone' stuff. Very nice mannerisms :) Thank you!

A search option narrowing down items available in your size for immediate shipping would be very useful

Thank you for your feedback! I will address this issue with our manufacturer to look into this design! In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so. Kind Regards, Annie

I'm only selecting the 'good' option here because overall I am happy with the actual corsets I ordered (and this was my first time buying from Corsets-UK) but I am actually really disappointed with the customer service I received. I emailed the customer service team twice over a period of a few days to enquire about the expected delivery time of my order and both my emails were ignored. I then had to follow up with a phone call but the person I spoke to was quite off-hand and no apology was made about both my emails being ignored. This isn't quite the sort of service I'd expect from a specialist business like yourselves.

love the corsets really good quality. I have found that on the acrylic boned corsets the ribbon could do with being longer and sometimes the quality doesn't match up to the excellence of the corset itself.Eg the ribon in the union jack corset was brill and can take the stain of being pulled better.
