Excellent! Fantastic customer service. So, I purchased my first ever corset and was too very proud of myself. the delivery was prompt but alas, I ordered the wrong size! I did not realise it until the day I wanted to use it which was outside the returns/exchange window. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. I was offered an exchange (for the right size) and this made me very happy. Also, the product was just as described. I will definitely use your services in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Brilliant service, just excellent. The goods are really great quality, the ordering process was straightforward, delivery was prompt and the returns process is free and easy to sort out. I contacted them with a discount query and they got back to me really quickly with a positive, friendly, helpful attitude and gave me a refund for the discount immediately. I am happy to recommend them and will definitely use again!

Thank you for your feedback. We have now changed the way we deal with out of stock goods. We now give you an option to receive an email when an item is back in stock which means you don't have to place an order and wait.

Measured and ordered but unfortunately both were too big. Returning was no issue and very simple with shop-drop. The team kept me informed as one style was out of stock. Made my choices and they arrived 24 hours later. Amazing service. Would thoroughly recommend on all fronts.

For an online shop. This is the best. All other online retailer should learn from these guys. The extra mile the staff(Chris) went out for me was just special. I would definitely recommend this to all that would listen to me.

I am an experienced waist tamer, I have been wearing corsets for over 3 years now and I wanted to try Corset Story corsets. I ordered 2 with the buy one get one free offer! My experience was not without a hiccup, the corsets took very long to arrive. So I messaged to see what was taking so long and within a day I got a nice reply from Chris and a replacement was shipped immediately and delivered (overseas shipping) to my door in 2 days! Very impressed with the lovely customer service. (The original mistake was with the delivery). As for the corsets themselves. They are very comfortable, nice looking, the fit is excellent and I love the shape they create!! I am very happy with my purchase! :)

I ordered 2 corsets on promotion, one of which was on back-order they promptly emailed me to let me know how long it would take and offered to send the in stock corset that afternoon it arrived within a couple of days and to my surprise the back ordered corset came just a few days after! both very sturdy, high quality, well made and give a beautiful shape the first corsets I have found that fit my body well not clipping my hip bones very happy!

Everything was as good as advertised, the corsets looked amazing, and they were heavier than expected, but then I didn't know what to expect as a first time buyer. Would buy again in a flash.
