delivery was a bit poor in comparison with major online retailers, having to order before 3 seems a little old fashioned in comparison. calling at 4.30 on a weekday to find them closed was little disconcerting. Both minor things but you asked!

The sizing was 2 inches off. It stated it will fit 27" waist and it will only go to 25" so I had to cut the leather out of the back to make it fit me. I have a 26" waist. But it worked.
