Normally excellant. But sent back a return which was received on 29/06/12. After hearing nothing I chased on 09/07 and was told following: "I have looked into your order and I can see that we received your return back to our warehouse on the and we have been waiting to hear how you would like to proceed exchanges are now processed over email. I will have your exchange processed and dispatched today for you." I filled out the slip with the return and did not know that I had to email as well. If I hadn't I wonder how long I would have been waiting.... Other than this, I love Corsets UK. I love the quality, the low prices and the styles. I've never owned so many corsets in my life since discovering your website!!
