delivered really quickly

much faster than expected

Awesome as always!

I would want to say average, of the products I got was not what I had ordered, one was in a different size and one was a waist training corset when I had ordered a normal steel boned. When I tried the corsets I found that the one sent in the wrong size was the one fitting best and I contacted Corsets-UK to discuss returns and change the size of my made to order which had not yet been delivered. After checking the fees for sending the items back I decided not to since it's very expensive from my country and I had a friend who was interested in one of them. Changing the size of the other item was no problem but of course it delayed the delivery time slightly. However when we had a closer look at that one my friend was interested in, it turned out it was not what my order said but a waist training corset. I had by then already decided to keep the corsets and did not contact the customers service again about this. I'm overall happy, I made a big mistake in my order and one of their mistakes made it a smaller one, I got help fast from their very nice customer service. It's not very good to get two out of four items wrong though.

Returned item still waiting for refund

Very quick.

Fantastic quality, great service, efficient and very friendly staff. Wouldn't order from anywhere else! :)

the returns slip does not explain very good it wasabit confusining plus i tried severalattempts to phone but got no reply

Service was very quick with delivery.

Corsets UK have been a pleasure to do business with and although I have had to return a couple of items this has not been a problem for them and they have refunded the money to my account extremely promptly.

customer service excellent, recieved very quickly also.

This time order was delayed, communication through facebook is quick but the website is being glitchy, it took several attempts to submit the order and then the contact us would not send at all even though there was a week between attempts.

Great service! The sizing guide made it very quick and easy to place an order, good communication and updates on delivery times, and arrived sooner than expected.
