I would love it if emails were sent out when an item isn't going to be able to arrive on time.

I was pleasantly suprised at the speed my order was proccesed in. The measuring and sizing guide was helpful, though this particular style of corset was a bit long on me. I'm 6' tall and went for a 17'' one. As it is my first corset, I'm not yet used to 'fitting' them but I'm sure it will get easier with time. I have already recommended CorsetsUk to several of my friends, and some complete strangers who complemented me on my outfit! I am one very happy customer and will be making another purchase very soon . :^ )

Excellent products in general - would have ranked it excellent if I had been kept informed by email about delays rather than having to chase up why part of my order hadn't been delivered to the expected schedule twice.

In an ideal world I wouldn't have to pay postage to have a corset returned if it's the wrong size, but the turn around of exchange is super fast, and the fact that they have an efficient system in place to help with the issue of sizing, is very good.
