Previously good service but with some issues: 1. Use of weak zips for some styles, without mentioning use of zips on the site in places. 2. Sizes are inconsistent between orders. 3. Not enough styles in the larger sizes, not everyone is size 14. 4. No reductions offers on the basis of previous orders.

This was my first ever purchase of a corset. I was due to go out on the Saturday night so I ordered for next day delivery on the Thursday afternoon at around 14:35 - my items arrived the very next morning. I found the sizing guide really helpful yet when it came to trying on the corsets I found they were all far too big so I had to reorder again, for the Friday next day service, and go down a further 2 sizes from their guide. At the time it would have been helpful if I was able to speak to a "human" on the phone but unfortunately it appears their phone number is just one with automated responses - email is the only way you can "speak" with them however, they are usually very quick to respond (although I am still awaiting a response from my latest enquiry)! The returns service was quite costly to me at £25 (Royal Mail Special Delivery) but it was worth it due to the value of the items. I followed the instructions on their website and emailed them with the tracking number and list of items I had dispatched back to them and the following morning I had a response saying my refund had been processed... very quick service! I hope the experience of shopping with them continues this way, at the very least as it is still good service! If I had been able to speak to someone about the sizing issues and returns in the first place I would have rated as excellent...
