Service was good, my goods came on time and packaged well. I was even given spare steel bones for my corset which was an added bonus. Every step of my order I was kept informed and up to date. I will be buying again as the quality of merchandise is beautiful quality and regal. I'm a very pleased customer.

The garment is very stiff making it difficult to wear frequently. Furthermore, did not fit well on the bust.

Thank you for your review. Corsets have to be seasoned gradually to allow them to mould and flex to your body shape. If you would like some help with sizing please do contact us directly and we will be happy to assist. C.S x

Proud owner of 17 Corset Story corsets. Always quick delivery, always good quality garments, always good offers. Have had many items in the past and very happy with all. Would have rated 5☆ but last delivery courier mucked up big time by leaving the package outside (not requested) behind my motorbike but visible from the main road, in the rain. When I opened the package it was wet inside and a little water had got into all 3 corsets. They dried out fine and I kept all three. I've returned and swapped items before and this is the ONLY glitch in an otherwise very smooth running machine.

Thank you so much for your review and we are very sorry to hear that you had an issue with delivery. As we are sure you are aware, the couriers are a separate business to Corset Story but understand that situations like this still don't reflect well on us; we appreciate that you have let us know and will be giving this feedback to the courier. Thank you so much for your loyal custom! C.S x

This is the 2nd corset I have purchased and I love them both and definitely plan on purchasing more. I found the site after searching for a specific corset. I emailed customer services and the response time to my query was excellent and although the corset I was enquiring about was no longer available the tone of the email and help given made me feel very comfortable ordering from the site. I have already recommened Corset Story to several of the girls in my burlesque dance class.

The website was simple to use and the corset pictures were realistic, they looked exactly like the real thing when it arrived. Tracking my item was so easy, with their email prompts and tracking facilities. Also, the corset arrived on time - as scheduled, and it looked beautifully made - such great quality. The only thing I would've added, was maybe a pocket guide to wearing the corset / handing the strings. Overall, great product and service, I'd definitely shop here again!

Unbeknown to me the sizing was changed and my usual size was too small so after corresponding with Corset Story they were able to confirm that the next size up would correspond to my usual order size.
