It's a little shorter than I expected based on the website pictures, but it is gorgeous and fits just as well as the other size 8s I got.
For reference, I'm 5'3" with a 29" waist and roughly 140 lbs (although since the pandemic started I've probably gone more realistically toward 150). I ordered the size 8s because I wear a size 8 in pants, but of course that reasoning won't work for everybody.

Vintage Inspired Overbust With Angled Panels And Shoulder Straps
Really liked the angled panels that gave it some nice lines! It had a nice subtle pattern. Shoulder straps can be used or tucked in pretty easily if you don't feel like using them with all outfits. The photo with the pirate full look caused me to go for this one and I'm glad I did. Now just need to find a blouse to go under it!

the laces are very long, which does help with tightening it by myself, but also makes it hard to tie them such that they arent in the way or leaving a large unsightly knot
if they were a bit shorter itd be absolutely perfect! the zip makes it really easy to take off and looks good too
i cant rate the fit because i didnt have a way to measure myself, but it was really easy to just continually exchange it for a smaller size until it fit perfectly, and took way less time than i thought considering the transatlantic shipping

Why on earth would you make a corset dress with built-in cups, offer it in a plus size, and not size up the cups?? It looked like I had A-cup nubbins on top of my breasts- absolutely unflattering, and bizarre. This was my biggest disappointment out of many, many CorsetStory orders. I love the concept of a corset dress, and I wish they made one without built-in cups because it was just ridiculous.

It's pretty, but (as seems to be the case with strapless overbust corsets at CorsetStory) it doesn't work well for wide/large breasts. The support is there, but not the coverage. Overall, I felt the fit was decent, but the shape and effect was just "meh".
