Fits wonderfully! I have a long torso and really should be wearing longline corsets, but I fell in love with this pattern. It’s fun and a little burlesque-esque, but not too out-there that I couldn’t wear it out if I didn’t want lingering eyes on me. I was worried about two things: the zipper being delicate and the sequins annoying my bare arms. Neither of these things are issues. It’s very comfortable, easy to put on, and it looks great.

I ordered two sizes up because the last item that had sleeves that I ordered the sleeves were so tight that even two sizes up didn't solve that problem. This one is too big, but decided not to return as it is wearable. However, it is very uncomfortable to wear. I'm short in the torso, so the inside of it which is made differently from their other corsets(the corset part is not sewed into the shirt....its loose and almost acts like a separate piece inside the shirt...almost like a bullet proof vest(ha). That loose piece bulges up under the arms and pokes me fairly hard, so it is uncomfortable. I'll still wear it but only when I don't mind being uncomfortable. It bulges out around the hips quite a bit....probably because it is two sizes bigger, but that doesn't really bother me because I can pull down my pants without having to take off the corset unlike the others that are the proper size.

Its impossible to get on by yourself….the zipper is on the side, so if you have it pulled tight enough to look good, then you need another person to zip it up. The basic corset is good quality, but the tie strings on the front and across the shoulders makes it look cheap. Its short in the back with that front panel hanging down a little too far to be completely comfortable. I’m very short in the torso so it is probably my body shape that makes that an issue.

The zipper on the side makes it a LOT harder to put on, and the choker is a little too tight, I ended up using a hair tie to lengthen the elastic clasps, but its still really pretty and worked out amazingly for my pirate costume, once I actually got into it, I recieved nothing but compliments
