It's a good body shaping tool and good practice to get use to wearing a corset and relively easy to put on. Only complaint I have for it is that I wish it had something for you back to help support you while wearing it like some other corsets I have. my natural measurements are 32/30/36, I ordered a size 26" as recommended by the sizing chart. I was able to close the gap within two months. Though you can wear this corset close, I do feel the pressure on my spine from the flat steel bones. So I ordered a size 24" and it fits wonderfully. This corset is a solid waist trainer. The breast cup doesn't fit snug and creases.
