This is a high quality garment that will take some getting used to. I tried it on and as it is a long line item, it goes further down my body than my usual corsets. It flares a little at the bottom but that is due to my body shape. I hope in time I will learn how to tie it so it will fit perfectly. The rest does, and I love the longer line. Excellent purchase.

I initially ordered two lengths, not knowing which would work with my torso in the 4 inch smaller than waist size. I could not get these on and will be returning them. I also ordered a size larger, it too did not work. I ordered another one, this time one size larger - it fit, but the length was too long and I bruised the tops of my thighs. Also, the suspenders kept falling off.

The only concern I have with piece is that when I tried it on to ensure a fit, one of the hooks bent a bit, making it hard to get the corset off. I was able to bend it back, so hopefully it'll be alright.

This seems to be a lovely corset. My waist measures 33 and I ordered the 28, advertised for a 32-33 waist. I know that corsets are supposed to squeeze, but this is like trying to put 10 lbs of sausage in a 5 lb sausage casing. = too tight. I'm guessing that the next size up will be better, but would like more info about sizing on the website. Thanks.

As far as a costume corset this fits the bill, It is feather light, and the poly boning holds up my size E girls, I don't know that it would hold up to Texas summer renfaires or too many steampunk outings, but i will put it to the test.
