One of them is already a little damaged when I took it out of the bag.3 out of 4 hurts big time under the arms! Can't even imagine wearing these for a day or even an event. That is quite disappointing for me!

Hi Stephanie,
I am sorry to read that the corsets don't work so well for you. This can sometimes happen when the length of the corset is too long. Please email a member of the customer service team at sales@corset-story.com and they can help set up a return for exchange and also best advise on size and style.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Trace

I sent a message asking if you had a corset to fit my needs and someone replied within the hour with suggestions. I ordered what was suggested. In the weeks waiting for the arrival of my corsets I received helpful emails with instructions for use and fitting that were very helpful. Now they have arrived and I am becoming a person who wears a corset! Thank you

The quality is amazing. All the corsets survived a dog trying to rip them to shreds unscratched. Communication during the shipping process could be better, cleaning instructions could be better. And if you're short, like me, you won't really be able to sit down in some of these.

Product shipped very quickly, everything fits mostly really good. The boob area on one of the overbust is a little saggy looking so not a perfect fit. But other than that they are great.

Our daughter has been looking for a corset that would fit her tiny frame for years so we have tried multiple companies. While we were hopeful for Corset Story, we weren’t positive. Well, we are now! Not only did the corsets fit perfectly, they were all absolutely beautiful and very high quality! In fact, they were way beyond any expectations or hopes.
We will be telling others and we will be lifelong customers!

I love the promo!! The corsets I received were all good quality and well-packed. The website is easy enough to navigate and displays the products really well. I love all the options available and the variety of designs. Unfortunately, one of the items I had in my cart was on pre-order, with a due date on Jan 12. When I checked back on the 14th, wondering why my package hadn't shipped out yet, the due date had apparently been changed to the 25th... without the store informing anyone who had *already ordered* the product. Come the 25th, the due date changed AGAIN, and again I would never have known if I didn't check the site. It feels pretty negligent to not inform customers if there's going to be a delay in their order :\ Also I ordered a size 26 latex corset, which is supposed to be for natural waists 29-30"... It did not fit 😅 For non-lace up corsets, probably go a size up from the site recommendation. Otherwise, everything was great!

Hi Isobel,
Thank you for your comments. I am so sorry for the delays with your order. We had some significant delays due to the pandemic and we have been working hard to resolve these for our customers. I can see that you have been in contact with my colleague Tara in Customer Services and you have set up an exchange. Please feel free to email once you have shipped your return parcel and we will then be able to ship your exchange item.
Best wishes, Trace
