I did have a defected item but Yasmin ordered me a replacement very quickly! The customer service is awesome and I could not ask for more in the corsets. Thank you so much Corset story!

I can’t give any positive reviews at this point as my parcel is late and still not arrived. It was out for delivery 🚚 by DHL 4 days ago. I then asked for it to be left at nearest pickup location...it was supposed to be there yesterday and has not arrived there yet. So I am concerned and not impressed with the delivery. They said my address was wrong(which it wasn’t) they also did not phone about any difficulty with location either....
The ordering itself went fine and parcel moved along nicely til it arrived in Canada 🇨🇦 and then Saskatchewan. I hope to be able to provide a more positive review later.

It was a bit of a challenge to get my sizing right, but the exchange process was so easy that I was able to without pulling my hair out. The product is of great quality and looks great on.

I was skeptical about ordering corsets online, but I could not have had a better experience! I had to exchange 2 of the 4 I ordered to get larger sizes, but the process was so easy. My 2 exchange corsets arrived quickly, and they are perfect! I love the unique designs found on this website, too.

Customer service was good but they forgot to ship out my package. DHL got my address wrong three times and delivery was delayed for more than a week.

have four wonderful corsets now thanks to this offer! I did have to exchange two of them for smaller size but the exchange was easy, quick and cost nothing! It’s amazing how fast delivery was. All of them are beautiful and fit very flatteringly. The waist trainer is comfortable enough to wear all day (I wear it every day ). Thank you for such a wonderful deal !!
