Had accidentally ordered too large of a size after trying on some previous purchases (lost weight since the fall). Becky was a great help in fixing my order before it shipped so I wouldn't have to deal with waiting and then exchanging the new ones. My only complaint lies with DHL for consistently claiming my package will arrive the day before it actually does (all 3 times now this has happened).
