The first corset I ordered didn't fit properly, but only because I didn't measure myself properly! You made it very easy for me to exchange it for the right size. I am very happy with my corset and will definitely order from you again.

Loved it!!! So easy to pick the right size and I was even given a better deal when a backorder item would have taken too long. (My mistake I didn't read the timing) I truly LOVE my corsets.

1of the 3 things I purchased is in back order so nothing shipped yet, which is fine, I just have absolutely no idea when I will be receiving my shipment. This survey came way before.

I ordered 2 corsets from them and one ended up being the wrong size. The return process was painless and it took no time at all for my new item to arrive.

The customer service team was excellent because upon receiving my corsets I had lost some weight and the corset story team helped me exchange my corsets not once but twice to ensure I got what I need/wanted. They emailed me back promptly with easy to understand insuctions.

The customer service rep Chris was wonderful! They helped me choose the style that would best suit me and answered all of my (many) questions along the way. Also, super impressed with the quality of the corsets. Would definitely recommend!

This was the first time buying a corset on line. Overall, my experience by substantially exceeded my wildest expectations. The web site was clear and easy to navigate. Photos and descriptions were right on. I was initially unsure of what size I really needed. Unfortunately, my first order was overly (unrealistically) optimistic Was way to small. I took my measurements again and asked for their help to determine the proper size. The return and reorder process was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was prompt and very courteous. This time, both corsets fit like a glove. The product quality is excellent. I wore one of these for the first today for about six hours. It was so comfortable, I didn’t want to take it off. Great job Corset Story! I appreciate doing business with professionals.
