My best friend recommended Corset Story and I can see why. Great quality, very comfortable, my only complaint is the unexpected customs cash on delivery. I would have liked at least a warning about it. The corset colour is darker than the picture and I love it.

I have bought from them before and I always return. The corset are beautiful and look just like they do online. The sizing chart is accurate. Not to mention the arrive when they say they will.

They were amazing to work with! I ordered a corset that did not fit correctly, and they were more than happy to work with me to exchange it for a different one. They were very fast to respond and I got my new corsets within a week! It’s honestly one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had! The product was extremely good quality as well

First: I LOVE the corsets. I’ve purchased quite a few from this company and they’re all amazing. (Instant Shape is my favorite!) Second: the customer service is amazing! I had an issue with an order (not CS’s fault) and Chris and Verity both responded so quickly and graciously helped me fix my issue. I’ve recommended this company before for the corsets alone, but now I can say the customer service is just as awesome. Thank you!

My item is actually on back order, which I was notified of when I placed my order - plus I have gotten a follow up email confirming the timeline for shipment is still actuate. I order from a couple of places and this is the only one with that level of communication. That is excellent customer service. I look forward to getting my corset and completing my new outfit when it arrives.

Corset Story was great, DHL was not. Took many calls/complaints to DHL's customer service department to get my package delivered.

Just amazing fit and comfort. I stupidly ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it. I live in California US so returning across country seemed scary. The exchange was so easy I couldn’t believe it. Free to send back, easy online form, and within two weeks I had the right size.
