I have been impressed with the customer service every step of the way. I've had to handle returns, potentially lost parcels, and exchanges with them, and none of it has been a hassle.

I received my shipment very quickly. I ordered 4. One fit perfectly. Another two were too long. And one was just a bit too small. I just put in for an exchange. I can’t wait to receive the new corsets. I got so many compliments from the first one. :)

5+ stars!!!!!! Was very unsure how a corset will work on a larger breasted women, but Chris helped me from step 1 to the final purchased. I ended up purchasing 2 corsets by the time I was finished. Deliver was quick, but I noticed the White corset had a stain on it. Took photos and e-mailed waiting for a reply. Reply was super quick and a new corset was on it's way and was delivered to me within 3 days. So glad that Corset Story believes in Great CUstomer Service. Can't wait to wear one as it's for a upcoming Halloween Costume and Comic Show. Will be back to get my next purchase here!

When I ordered a corset that came in a size and style that didn't quite fit, I returned it and was more than happy with the return service. I got a new corset in exchange, and absolutely love it!! The follow up was fantastic, and the customer service reps were super friendly and helpful!

The corset is well made and fits well but runs a little large. I assume that is due to my older, saggier midsection. For the initial fit, I had to get my husband to get me out of it. This corset will make my Victorian gown true to style for my re-enactment. Corset arrived quickly. I'm quite pleased!
