Besides taking a little longer than expected with shipping, it was absolutely worth the wait and the cost. When I had a question, all it took was a quick e-mail and I received a response within a day or so. When I saw the, and felt them, they were as expected appearance wise. But when I tried them on, I fell in love! Sturdy, form shaping and holding (no flimsy garbage here), and incredibly comfortable. I have other corsets that are just as sturdy, but not as comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Corset Story, the quality is undeniable. I may have to exchange one for a bigger size (a gift for someone else), but if you know your measurements, the fit is incredible.

I love my corsets! When I first received them, I made a mistake in my size (my mistake, not theirs) and needed a smaller size. The return was very easy, Chris was incredibly helpful and I got my new corrected sizes just a few days later. They are beautiful! I love everything about them. The ivory underbust was perfect. I did not like the fabric used for the sleeves on the astronomy top. It wasn't comfortable. I am in the process of exchanging it. The return and exchange process was easy.

When the link to track my package wouldn't work, they were quick to provide me with a different one that did work. When the I found the corsets I ordered were too big, and they didn't have the style in my size, they offered a different but similar style in the size I needed. I returned the corsets, and in a week I got the new ones, which fit perfectly! It was all a painless and quick process all around.

I found the website hard to navigate, and after I'd purchased the corset, I discovered the sale section with another I would have gotten, but wasn't going to pay shipping twice. If it had been easier to find, I might have gotten two.
