I have purchased from Corset Story on several occasions, usually when I see that they have a sale going on or to shop through their clearance items. They may clearance their items out for super cheap, but they are always still top quality. There were a couple of items in the past that did not fit me very well, but I was able to gift them out to friends that they would fit, so it was not a problem. Corset Story has upped their service for shipping. The first few times I ordered from them, it took a month or so for my packages to arrive in the mail (they were coming from the UK to the USA, so I understand that customs takes a while), and for some reason the post office never left them at my door so I had to pick them up from their holding facility. My last few orders, however, I was able to pick between two shipping options (now UPS instead of USPS) and received my packages within two weeks.

Beautiful corsets. Excellent customer service. A previous purchase I made had the wrong corset in it and it was really easy to return it and get the one I was supposed to get in a size that would fit.

The only complaint I had was really more my issue than Corset Story's. The price was quoted in US dollars and I thought it was Canadian. The price was still a good one...just not as good as I originally thought. There was a bit of a surprise when the invoices from Pay Pal came in. If it is possible to make it MORE clear what currency the price is in, that would be great. Other than that, the corsets themselves were perfect and the shipping time was good.

Everything was done well. But I thought I was gettin a corset with steal ribbing and like shoe lace strings in the back. But I got plastic running and ribbon in the back.

I give it 5 states! The corset is amazing. I wear it all day at work and it helps support my back and it's very well made.

The price and speed of service were good, but the sizing of the brown corset best was not fitting. This has happened to me before when purchasing from corset story. It seems their corsets are mainly for women with a longer torso.
