The product is excellent, and the service even better. I ordered the corset from the States and chose the most economic shipping option, and when it didn't arrive after almost a month I contacted customer service. They immediately sent out a replacement international express and I received it 4 days later. Absolutely love them and my corset.

Hi! We do make sure that our products are stored correctly. Our shipping warehouse is temperature controlled and each of our corsets is in a protective cover prior to being picked from the shelves and sent to a new home!
