I love your products. The return/exchange process is not as simple as it could be but I do like that there is a dialogue recorded in order that is easy to look at. Also, you responded to my email concisely, kindly, and in a timely manner. Thank you. I love this corset and hope to be ordering more in the future.

Packaging a bit thin for the parasol as it was poking through the plastic envelope when it arrived.

I have ordered from them several times and always received exactly what I ordered, and the sizing has always been as described. It is extremely good quality and as I tend to buy when there are sales--fantastic prices! I will continue to purchase steel boned corsets through them and recommend them to friends and coworkers (I work in the live theatre industry, corsets are a regular occurrence). I am not overly fond of iParcel, only because they switch carrier services several times along the route and when it gets to USPS it delays due to weekends/holidays when UPS etc will still deliver on those days.

Package arrived sooner than expected. It's a good quality product and was a great price! Would buy from again! (Just a rule of thumb with corsets: be sure you know exactly what corset you need or you might be disappointed if it's not the style you thought you wanted).

The products are excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I have recommended Corset Story to my friends. The 3 corsets for $75 deal was amazing and I jumped on it right away.
