It was absolutely excellent. The deals, first off, are fabulous. My order was processed and shipped very quickly, and received just as quickly. I believe it took around a week to receive it. The quality of both corsets are superb, and I would absolutely recommend them to other shoppers.

I ordered two of the corsets, and they came two days earlier than the earliest expected delivery date! They fit perfectly!

It was wonderful to work with corset story. Their products are beautiful, well made, classy, and look far more expensive than they are. I'd never used your corsets before but will now never use any others. Thank you for such fantastic customer service as well!

I really like corset story because the products they have great quality. Corset story also understands how you dont always know how things fit. I got the steampunk corset with the leather shoulder strap and I really didnt like how it fit. It didnt come down as low as my other 16inch corsets so I didnt like here it sat on my hips. Also I personally didnt like the zipper on the side because it was hard to get into on your own without having to redo the laces every time due to the fact that the zipper was so far back on the side. But corset story let me return it within 14 days without a question or issue.

The corsets I ordered looked exactly like they did on the site. The size info was right on. I had a small problem with one of my items and their customer service was outstanding. They were prompt and satisfied my concern completely. My only surprise was the Customs and Excise charge because I live in Canada. The Canadian taxes were half the cost of my order. This wasn't a Corset Story problem but I mention it for any other Canadians who order goods from an overseas supplier. I will continue to order from Corset Story based on my experience.

I received my corsets in a timely manner. Their quality was as expected. My only issue was sizing. Even though I followed the sizing chart, I still found the corsets to be snug around the waist. Their sizing charts don't account for the spare tire.

I think I'm up to eight to ten corsets now. Everytime I think I have enough, you have another incredible sale and I end up with more. Shipping is always prompt and the construction quality is superb. I've told all of my friends and family that you guys are the best and have steered many to you as well.

Love the merchandise... return website. Is not easy..language barrier..... sizes too confusing... i didn't have a tape measure handy.. nor a printer.. maybe my phone made things difficult.

I needed a corset for a wedding out of state. I paid extra for shipping so that it would get to me in time, but the package didn't arrive until 2 days after I left for my trip, a whole 4 days after I was expecting it to arrive! So FYI, the shipping estimate is based on the day that corset story gets around to processing your order, not on the day that you actually order!

My order was processed and shipped within 24 hours and I received it a week after I placed the order. I emailed a question and received a response in less than 12 hours. The corsets are beautiful and exactly as they're advertised. I have already recommended Corset Story to multiple friends and it will be my first stop for corsets and corset style dresses in the future.
