I could not have been more pleased with the level of service and prompt shipping offered by Corset Story. I was in quite a bind after breaking the zipper on a fashion corset (purchased elsewhere) during a Monday night rehearsal for a Saturday burlesque performance that week! I placed an order in a panic with Corset Story late that night. I was worried as I live in the United States that it wouldn't arrive in time. Not only did my order from Corset Story ship promptly but it traveled over the ocean to arrive in plenty of time! I am a customer for life and will spread the word about this company. My corsets were gorgeous and fit beautifully!

The service was very good, but adding shipping confirmation and tracking would have made this transaction so much better. I like to know when my purchase is being fulfilled and see my products are in the mail other than just guessing that they are.

Very good customer service. I had to return the corset because I ordered the wrong size and the process was so easy. I plan on ordering the corset again, just trying to figure out the sizing...

The ordering system was very good, there just weren't a lot of options in the larger sizes. The order shipped quickly and was at the door in just a few days. Overall, I will keep watching their sales and will probably order again. Thank you.

Very pretty corset, accurate to the picture. It appears to be sturdy, and well made. I look forward to wearing it.

I had to send the corset dress back because it was smaller than expected. It was disappointing that I had to spend extra money to return (shipping, handling & tracking).

Service overall was great, up until I had to exchange a corset. It wasn't so much the exchange process, but the attitude I received. I sent an angry email, and the response was an apology, but . What's an apology, but ? It's when a customer service representative apologizes, then says something to the effect of, but we feel we gave you the best service possible. Yes, my issue was eventually resolved, but Corset Story's customer service representatives could do with a little more sensitivity training.

The quality of the products I ordered and received is extremely high and, because of the accurate descriptions and pictures on the website, I feel that I got exactly what I was hoping to receive. Also, though it was expensive, I very much appreciated the shipping service that allowed me to receive my items so quickly. Overall, my experience with Corset Story was EXCELLENT.
