I live in the states and I ordered on a Thursday and the order was here by Tuesday! And I didn't do super shipping either.

We needed a return. Which took quite awhile to process. Also, so many different email addresses from your company/companies emailed us. Very confusing. But, in the end a proper exchange was completed!

The online experience was not as easy to navigate at first. I was really excited about the 2 for 1 sell, but could not easily tell which items qualified. The selections were great, but were out of my size with two of my preferred choices. Fortunately the other selections also appeared to be good ones.

I had a damaged package without a corset

Corset Story was efficient with shipping. However, the first corset I purchased was too small. They gave my account credit, though I received NO email of this credit being added to my account. I went to the website after a while of not hearing from Corset Story. This is when I found out that my account had been credited, though the corset went up in price.

I love corset story. I prefer to buy my corsets only from your company because I find the quality to be better, than others.
