There was a shipping glitch, but customer service was fantastic and fast! This is the best quality I've ever seen for the price.

The company is great. I really like your products. However, shipping was poor -- I paid extra to get everything here early, and the items spent almost a week in customs, which made them arrive well after the intended date. Not pleased.

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to review the A3800 waist cincher and I am sorry you are disappointed with the corset. The product description does advise that this is a Ladies waist training sports belt corset and does not advise that it comes with straps, and neither does the picture indicate that it is anything else than a waist trainer. However if you are unhappy with the product then you have the opportunity to return it and maybe exchange it for an item of shapewear that does have the straps that you are looking for ie our Grace and Wilde range of shapewear. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team sales@corsets-uk.com if you wish to return the item. Kind Regards, Nicola Corset Story

I love your aesthetic. It really caters well to a particular audience and your corsets always wear like a dream. Your sizing charts are very correct and even though I began as an amateur corset wearer, I have become famous in my small town for wearing them impressively at fancy occasions. I have been shopping here for two years and I will continue to shop here and recommend your store.
