return service for the wrong item was easy, but shouldn't' have been needed in the first place.

As a company, Corset Story is great. They have always delivered to me timely and have had decent prices. However, their clothing leaves a little something to be desired.

Thank you for taking your time to review on Feefo. We are sorry to hear that shape of the item did not fit well. We do offer 14 days refund and 30 days exchange so please let us know if you like to process the return. Thank you. Kind Regards, Hisako Corset Story

As usual the corsets are amazing. One of them surprised me a bit but it was my fault for not reading all the details so i'm thinking of fixing it up so i can wear it. and with my order came 2 parasols that were unfortunatly broken. But i contacted Corset Story and after 3-4 quick emails the issue was resolved. and i do plan on ordering in the future.

The delivery took longer than expected, but I have not had a problem with the company in the past. I can't really rate the service as I have never needed to contact customer service with this company (which I consider to be a good thing).

Always have fantastic styles and a large variety to choose from. Good to see that there is usually a wide range of sizes for most products, but would like to see some additional items on the higher end of the size range as some of the really cute items on the site are only made in tiny sizes (that goes for clothing as well as shoes). The corsets are always great quality manufacture.
