After receiving the wrong item initially the return process was very orderly and simple which was good for me and my old brain. I received the item I wanted and love it and in addition ordered one more thing a little hat that is to die for!!

My only complaint is that it took forever to get here, (paid $7 I believe and it took 8 business days) while orchard corset ships in three days for five dollars.

Corset Story is a wonderful company. I have bought from them before for my daughter and we haven't really known her size so we have had to return. They make it so easy. I get emailed by an actual person letting me know that they will handle the return.
