I absolutely love my corset, but it took a very long time to receive it. When I tried to contact Corset Story, I never received any messages back.

High quality products - I always get what I pay for. However, I've noticed after several shopping experiences that I have a repeated issue of sizing being a bit off. Even when I choose one size smaller than the size chart suggests, the corsets are still a bit looser than they are designed to be.

I ordered a corset on 20 April 2015 and never received it yet. It is 4 May 2015 and I haven't received a notice that it was on backorder, shiped, not in stock... nothing at al! I paid for it online already so I hope this website is not a SCAM and that I get a product soon or an explanation!!

Great! Love their products, great quality and beautiful designs. I had to return one item and their customer service was a wonderful help. It took a couple days for them to reply at times, but I didn't find it to be a problem. All the representatives I talked to were friendly and helpful.
