They were very prompt - the prices were very reasonable and I received my corset much earlier than I expected. My only complaint is that the website was a little confusing when it came to finding things to go with it (skirts, gloves, etc) - recommendations popped up when I viewed the corset, but I couldn't figure out how to browse all the skirts. That could just have been my misunderstanding.

I received a faulty corset, emailed customer service right away and from the start they were courteous, professional and after having seen the faulty item, they shipped me a replacement one of the same. Their products are durable and sturdy. I highly recommend this company to friends and family.

There is a bit of confusion in the sizing: US18/4X? VERY confusing here in the US. Made me think it would be larger than it was.

I've never had any problems with the company, and I feel like they seem to run it well enough on the customer interaction side of things. Plus, as a graphic designer, I always get a kick out of their round logo on the packaging.

directions for payment upon delivery could be a bit more clear. Probably UK vs USA terminology. I didn't realize it would be COD ...meaning payment required upon delivery. But it all worked out

Thank you for taking your time to review on Feefo. The payment which was charged upon delivery was charged by US custom office since order was over $200 and it is not charged by Corset Story. Hope you are happy with your items. Kind regards, Hisako Corset Story
