I tried to cancel this order before it even got sent, but it was shipped too quickly. The returns process is quite confusing and I have no idea yet whether my return has been received nor processed... this could use a lot of improvement.

Had an issue checking my order because i had not created an account until after the order was made. Hisako from Corset Story was able to integrate my account and order together. Very great service!

I absolutely love every single corset I've ever bought from Corset Story (I'm up to 7 or 8 now). The corsets are all amazing quality. The only problem I've found was when I was trying to find a corset for a friend, who wears a 42 corset. I could only find one or two in that size, and none in the color I was wanting for her. It would be awesome if they could sell more plus sized ones.

My corsets came much sooner than I expected, they are all of high quality, and very comfortable... I will definitely be ordering more. The one drawback is even though I ordered them all in the same size, a few seem to be smaller than others and are more difficult to get on, more consistency in sizing would be the only way to improve.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience and I am sorry you had to pay that much for custom charges. Unfortunately as all orders are being dispatched from the UK, depending on the value of the order there might be duty taxes and custom charges requested by the US government. You can find more information in regards on Frequent Asked Questions on Corset Story website. I am sorry about this. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

I love the Corsets. However, the shipping charges are outrageous. 45.00$ then 64.00 charge by Parcel service. Just too much. I would to order more, simply beautiful work. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone because of the time zone difference but emails were always answered in a timely manner. I had only one problem with the white corset, the tie is a pinkish color and can't be worn with the corset. It would be tacky. I'll probably have to get that tailored. More money!! Nice corsets not worth the hassle. They do ship in 3 days but you will pay a grip. That's my story...

I am sorry to hear that the corset was not as expected. You are welcome to return the unwanted item back to us. Please log into your Corset Story account and place the returns request. For the US orders there might be some added charges from US customs. This depends of the value of the order. Unfortunately we are not able to tell how much these charges are, it is up to the US customs. I am really sorry. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer services, if you have any questions please get back to us. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
