The shipping time was very reasonable considering the price and the fact that it was being sent nearly 3,000 miles to me, but I still wish there was a tracking option for the basic shipping. I needed these corsets for a specific event and it was a bit stressful wondering where they were and when they would come in. The one time I emailed the company, they replied within 48 hours but did not comprehensively answer all of my questions. However, they were still very polite and made their return policy very clear and comprehensive.

I would say excellent, but I'm very frustrated that there's no option to return or exchange only part of an order at once.

Only will work with Corset Story! I used to use another company that flaked when I tried to return a Corset, but I never have had any issues with Corset story! Fit is wonderful, quality is wonderful! Corset are used for a princess party business, so they have been holding up with a lot of wear!

rapid delivery. it came in less than 2 weeks. But please take note that if you order from canada, there will be extra fees when you receive your items for custom fees and handling. Those fees are not related to this company but it's good to know. For 4 corsets (retail value 180$ US), I had to pay 85$ (canadian). It brought my total higher than expected...

I love the sales, but hate that it takes so long to get what I've ordered, and that there's no tracking available. The corsets are properly represented for the most part, but every now and then there's a disappointment.

Great find! Such cute stuff! Impressed that there weren't extra days added to the expedited delivery due to it coming from another country, but disappointed that there was no mention of an additional $38.00 UPS brokerage fee that was never mentioned. I would have been devastated had I paid the extra money for expedited delivery, had not been home, and they were unable to leave the package, missing the function I bought the clothing for entirely. Thankfully however, I was home, but still disappointed with the hidden extra charge. Other then that, loved the company!

The original corset i got for my daughter was too big. I returned same and they sent me a credit so I re-ordered in a smaller size and it fits beautifully!
