Customer service is excellent, and responsive. However fit advice did not provide the right fit. Neither corset fits. I can tighten to fit waist, but they are too big in the bust, so not an attractive fit. I need to return. Also, I thought I created an account, but apparently did not and now can't figure out how to return.

My original order never made it to me, but I contacted customer service and they sent a duplicate order immediately that got to me in about 10 days. I am very pleased with their customer service.

I always forget to mention, these corsets run extremely small, even the fashion corsets. Their measurements are not very accurate on their sizing charts and it took me a couple of orders to get my size correct. My suggestion is to order a corset a size or two above what you think you should just to be certain.

The customer service was very friendly and professional and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I found out they were fazing out their plus size department which I'm a part of so unfortunately I wasn't able to get a corset with them in my size but they handled all exchanges and returns quickly.

I have just starting using Corset Story and have purchased a lot in the last couple months. The site is very easy to navigate and has great pictures. I like the sizing tool too since some corsets fit differently than others. The shipping also is faster than expected so it has been fun to get early surprises in the mail.
