Fantastic. I am always apprehensive about ordering online, but the shipping time was amazing, the customer service was fantastic and all the information I could need was available on the website. Thank you so much! I am already recommending Corset Story to my friends.

They should NOT offer to process returns with a valid receipt of shipping/tracking number. I had BOTH, but the USPS failed to scan on departure 10 days ago. The parcel just now appeared on the GB side of the pond. A customer can't help it if the post fails to scan, and it gives false hope that the return will be processed early. I have already received my reordered item. Fortunately, I just paid the reorder and sent the return on its own, had I done an exchange relyibg on their system, my replacement corset would not be here in time for my wedding.

I was displeased that a coupon came in the mail about an hour after I made my purchase, yet I could not have the discount applied. I understand if it was the next day, but it was within an hour. Surely something could have been done.
