I was absolutely shocked at how little I paid for my corset. I love this website and will definitely be ordering again. Also, it was delivered way faster than I expected which was great!

Thank you very much for your good review on our service. Sorry to hear that fit was not quite right. I have sent an email regarding exchange / return. If you like to try different design and need an advice please feel free to contact us. Kind regards, Hisako Corset Story

Had some trouble placing an order for multiple items in order to get the sale price, the order would not go through. Was able to order a single item sucsessfully though.

I love the options and the quality of the corsets. My only disappointment is having to pay for the shipping on an exchange.

Great service and selection, though I would have liked to purchase some suspenders but didn't realize what they were just from looking at the picture (a black bag). Reordering just suspenders is not a preferable option as they have to come all the way from England. I'll just find some locally.

My package was late, but it was not the fault of Corset Story but of the U.S. Postal Service.

The picture shown on the site really does look like the corset that I received. I was really happy about that.

The quality of the items I received was excellent. One did not fit, and I needed to exchange it. There were no problems with the exchange itself. I had a couple of questions and a request along with that exchange. The customer service by email was slow and not exceptional. Customer service communication skills were below average. If the service at that point had been better, I would have been able to purchase more items. Unfortunately during the time that it took to communicate my request, the item I hoped to pick up was sold out.
