There isn't an option for ok ; I have been in contact with support a few times regarding this order (which, 22 days later, still has not arrived despite me paying for express shipping). They are always polite, but it's hit or miss whether they will get back to you promptly. I am very discouraged with this order, as I paid $150 for an item that never arrived.

I like my new corset. I am not happy with how much I paid for the shipping and how cheap it was packaged.

They allowed me to return an item because it didn't fit, while most sites wouldn't do that

Great prices. The order was shipped quickly. The order took a bit to get to me, but I expected that with the items having to be imported into the US.
