I can't say enough good thing about Corsetstory.com. I have now ordered 10 corsets and love every one of then. Some I've had for going on 8 years now and still function and look amazing. Every single time I wear one of my corsets I get so many compliments on them. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping is extremely fast. I have had to wxchange some items before and the customer service was excellent and the return shipping was the same week. I really can't say enough good things about Corsetstory.com

the only issue I had is until I found your corsets by US size I didn't know what corset size I should get for the ones sized in inches. it would be good to have 'both' so to say or a guide on what US size means also in side the sizing guides for the corsets with only sizing in inches.

My shipment was drastically delayed because I had a pre-order corset that won't be able to arrive for a few weeks. I would have liked to have been notified about this. However, once I reached out to Corset Story to ask what was going on, I was met with prompt and clear responses, and given the option to change my order to something in-stock so that it would arrive sooner. Great customer service, but again, I wish I didn't have to reach out to find out about the delay.

I kinda feel like I was tricked. The corsets were all roughly 170 usd and now that the last 1 for 5 sale is over the prices have dropped over 100 dollars. Good customer service and such but I feel uneasy about the whole price situation.

The corsets are amazing, they are pretty pricey, though I think they’ll be used well. They are also a bit annoying to get on, but I still love them.

I just felt it was a little difficult to easily search. For instance if you want to go back to search results after looking at a corset. You have to set your search parameters again. Would be nice if you have some sort of favorites/ wish list function. So as to save corsets you are wanting to buy at some point.
